RULES & REGULATION FOR BRANCH OFFICE

BRANCH  MANAGER'S  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • MGSSA  (MAHATMA GANDHI SARVA SHIKSHA ABHIYAN)
  • Condition of computer software, Training Courses and other courses as   allotted by MGSSA and under the authorization of  MGSSA  from time to time  in the designated area, as per the norm of  MGSSA 
  • Condition of data processing, software development service equipment  and any activities under the authorization of  MGSSA
  •  Condition of computer literacy programme in ABC, if allotted by  MGSSA    as per a separate agreement signed between frenchise and  MGSSA  H.O.
  •  Condition of  MGSSA  state level of national level project as may be     allotted to him/her from to time by  MGSSA
  •  To conduct  MGSSA  course and activities, kept under his/her supervision     with utmost care and to the satisfaction of students/customers, keeping     in view  MGSSA  name and standards as also his/her own prestige and     liability.
  •  To select suitable premises, faculty and hardware as per the category of     the center in consolation with  MGSSA . H.O. and to make payments for     them regularly and in time.
  • To make all payments pertaining to proper operation of the center like   rent of the premises,salary to staff, electricity and water bill and such     other expenses in the time. Any liability created by the Branch Manager     in this regard and in regard to any other expenses will be exclusively his own and will not be carried forward to the  MGSSA  H.O. in any case.
  • The Branch Manager shall maintain Receipt-Book, Certificate Issue, Maintain Student Register, Staff Register, Salary Register of staff and     all… such record would by open to inspection by authorized    representative of “ MGSSA ” at any time.
  • The Branch manager will have to send report (Monthly, Quarterly, and     Yearly)…or any otheras demanded by  MGSSA . H.O. Every Branch Manager  will be required to attend District level, Regional level and State level  meeting held by  MGSSA.                                       

RULES & REGULATIONS FOR BRANCH MANAGER

  •  The payment of coordination charge to  MGSSA,  H.O. Would  be made by  Branch Manager MGSSA , monthly along with the statement of Account certified by the Branch manger along with the full statement.
  • The  MGSSA , H.O. written its right to demand any other document in this  regards from the  MGSSA  if the coordination charge payment to the  MGSSA , H.O. are not by  MGSSA , in time, the  MGSSA , H.O. made decided to  cancel  this agreement even with the period of validity. In all such matter the decision of the President of the  MGSSA, will be final and binding.
  •  MGSSA, H.O. may also decide on some other mode and frequency of co-ordination charges payment by the branches  MGSSA  which may be binding on all affiliated centers.
  •  Depending on the technical and managerial capability of the  MGSSA  the MGSSA , H.O. would implement its state level, projects through the  MGSSA Similarly consultancy, market survey and other assignment may also be  handed over to the  MGSSA  by  MGSSA , H.O. based on the expertise available in the  MGSSA . However, in all such cases the remuneration to  be paid the  MGSSA  will be exclusively decided by the  MGSSA , H.O. and the  allocation of work to  MGSSA  will be exclusive right or secondary  MGSSA H.O. Retains its right to change increase or decrease the geographical area of operation of the  MGSSA  or to open new branches/ centre in  the  area already allotted to  MGSSA  in all such matter the decisions of the president  MGSSA  would be final and binding.
  • The  MGSSA  shall run its account in the Nationalized Bank in the personal name of the Branch Manger him self/ her self opening of the illegal bank account shall immediately render the  MGSSA  liable for cancellation of   Branch Agreement. In all such matters the decisions of thorized   person  MGSSA   would be final and binding.
  •  Shri _______________________________________ his / her partners,  successor assignees will not be entitled to take loan or create any  other liabilities  in the  name of  MGSSA.  He / She will take utmost care in  operating the  funds  and in financial dealing will keep  MGSSA  image clear in the  government  Private and financial institute of the allotted  to him.
  • The  MGSSA , H.O. retains the right of affection changes if any in the above  clauses for better operation of  MGSSA  organization and of   MGSSA  even  within the period of validity of this agreement.
  •  The Affiliation fees once paid to the  MGSSA INDIA  H.O. will be non refundable any condition.   
  • MGSSA Center is non transferable. If a Branch Manger decides to transfer it to some another persons / organization exclusive permission will have  to be from the authorized person by  MGSSA  and transfer fee fixed by  MGSSA  H.O. will have to be paid and a fresh agreement will have to be  signed.
  •           The  MGSSA  H.O. retains the right of canceling the above agreement  without any compensation to the  MGSSA , even within the period of validity of this               agreement, if the  MGSSA  operation is found not as per the clauses given     in this agreement of incase of any financial  irregularity by the  MGSSA  or due           to any other cause which hinder the  smooth operation of  MGSSA  and  MGSSA  H.O. can also transferred the     candidate studying in the  MGSSA         of             the projects and works assigned to one  MGSSA  to any other Branch / Organizations / MGSSA , incase of default  by the first  MGSSA . In all such matter the          decisions of the authorized person by  MGSSA  will be final and            binding.
  •          Incase of Government project or a University Programme  of  DOEACC  ‘O’, ‘A’ ‘B’ level any other such coordinated programme , in which  MGSSA  take                  parts the losses caused by the change in policy by the government     of by        the university of by any such sponsoring organizations, will in on          way be              transferred to the  MGSSA  H.O. and the  MGSSA , H.O. will not be  held responsible merely because it various forms of the university of  MGSSA  non-                    follow up of dates and schedules by the branch will be  entirely the responsibility of  MGSSA  Liabilities created by the default of  MGSSA  in the consumer                forum of any
  •          Other such body will be exclusively that of the  MGSSA  and will not be   carried forward to the  MGSSA , H.O. Regional office and Divisional office.
  •         This agreement is valid up to the date, it can be renewed with the   mutual consent and after the payment of annual license fee of Rs. 1000/- through               D.D. by         the, to  Mahatma Gandhi Sarva Shiksha abhiyan.
  •          Any dispute arising out of above agreement would be settled only at  the Jurisdiction of    SURAT (Gujarat) INDIA
  • STUDENT EXAM IS COMPULSOURY FOR EVERTY COURSES AND EVERY STUDENTS.
  • EXAM MUST BE TAKEN BY AUTHORISED TRAINING CENTER BY OFFLINE OR ONLINE AS PER FACILITIES. 
  • AFTER TAKEN EXAM, ATC CAN APPLY FOR CERTIFICATIONS.

TERMS AND CONDITION APPLIED TO EVERY  MGSSA  CENTER

                   The process of the renewal, advertisement and the conditions of the renewals of the  MGSSA  Centre is very unique. Therefore, following terms and condition are to be followed  MGSSA Authorised Training Centre.

Terms and conditions :

    1.    For new renewal center must applied one month before the expiry of last renewal.
    2.    Every center must pay 1000/- Rs. To the Institution for the advertisement in Newspaper through which advertisement of all local centers can be  

            made twice in the    year.
   3.     The criteria of new renewal for the centre are as follows:

1st Condition : Minimum 250 Students for any All course in one Year.

2nd Condition: Minimum 80 Students for and Diploma course in one Year.

If your centre is unable to produce the students according to the above mentioned criteria then the decision of next renewal for the centre will be taken by the committee.

We hope that you all will try hard to full fill the above criteria and make more students for EDUCATION in the field of computers

 The Centre Head should judicially use the LOGO/BRAND NAME/ SIGN  in  all the documents, e-communications, displays, stationeries (Visiting Card/ Letter Head etc.), designs, layouts etc. used directly or/and indirectly in the activities related ONLY MGSSA INDIA.  Any deviation in this respect shall be breach of trust and shall result to the termination of the Franchisee Agreement.
